I am on a mission to try and eat like a normal person until then to help my metabolism and prepare it for the new diet. Here's the plan starting the 29th:
Breakfast:
fat-free soy yogurt - less than or equal to 100 Cals.
(with 1/2 a cup or less of FiberOne Cereal - less than or equal to 60 Cals.)
1 c. green tea - 0 Cals.
Lunch:1 apple - less
