I lost 2 lbs. from yesterday to today! Hooray for me! Today is a 200 kcal. day so I hope I don't fuck it up. I'm feeling very confident though. Only 16 lbs. more to go until I reach my short term goal!

Started today at 124lbs. So far I've had one apple and my 30kcal. coffee. I am going to a study group (I think) for about an hour and then I will go home and make dinner and eat a little bit...and study some more. Yay.

New plan...And this one is inspired by a bunch of research that I have done on metabolism and how easy it is to gain weight after fasting (or restricing) unless you have supreme self-control...which I don't. By switching up your caloric intake everyday you keep your metabolism guessing... So this is what I call the 2-5-8 plan.

I am SO NOT SINGLE. And sometimes I hate it. Even though most of the time I love it. My baby and I have been together for about a year and five months... and there are pros and cons to having our kind of love.

I just finished reading The Da Vinci Code and WOW. It has me so intrigued I can't wait to start researching for myself some of the information presented in that book. At my work, there is a girl who is about 27 years old...and when I first started working there (in November of last year) she was quite plump. And very unattractive for it.
