this musical room has made me wish more than ever i could play an instrument again. im thinking the cello and have been pricing them out on the internet. does anyone have any idea where i could take lessons or how much it would cost? i think this is something that i am really serious about.

its late and hot (they shut the ac off, ugh) and im looking at grad school stuff. this girl (a PhD student at a lab im thinking about applying to, (too bad i dont actually have a chance)) is my new hero. besides this amazing costume, she has created this website with amazing things like this t-shirt that i am ordering tomorrow.

this morning i thought there were animals fighting on my rooftop but really it was the tremble from an underwater earthquake!
