this afternoon, i had the privilege of seeing the dalai lama, at a small gathering in a town park in woodstock, new york. the energy was incredible, and he was so sweet, and powerful in both his words and his very presence. i'm still in awe, the whole thing was so surreal ( Read more... )

oh, omega. i had no idea.
it's barely the classes, the spirituality i have trouble getting in touch with, the trying to sit for meditation...it's the people. all the relationships are shifting all the time, and i never could have predicted...too soon, too soon.
