Well I made it, it was four and a half hours of surgery, the doctor was able to do everything he wanted to do, including reconstructing the eardrum, removing the tumour, and he also took out some of the bones and reconnected them, he's optimistic that the hearing will improve in the ear, but he said it's unrealistic to expect it to be the same as ( Read more... )

Well here is the update I promised Sue....things had been going somewhat slowly for the past month or so, and then this week the roller coaster started up again...and like any good roller coaster, it has ups and downs and unexpected twists and turns. So...in somewhat random order

exactly one year ago I was talking to this crazy chick from Alberta waiting to meet another crazy woman from Washington state....
