1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs Vanilla
3/4 cup Coacoa powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp Bkg Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Andes Mints (Use the real mints and pulse them in the food processor to make the pieces bigger.)
Oven 350
Sprinkle Sugar on Top -

1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Peanuts
2 Egg Whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt (Unless you use canned nuts)
Spices to please (I like Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Ginger etc.)
Oven: 250
Mix Nuts
Mix Wet
Combine
Bake 45 Minutes - stirring every 15 minutes
