My most brain-dead coworkers all have Ph.D.s, it's quite scary. Maybe some of the 8 have a lot of common sense even if they don't necessarily have the degree.

I'm sure the love of your life is out there somewhere. Good luck! :)

Ditto on that one, I work with lots of PhDs and sometimes I get headaches trying to explain things to them.
The worst one here is the one with an MBA from Wharton's Business School.

I just think they should ban the tragically Unpleasant to Look At from those on line dating services... or force them to have headlines that say things like "Sorry... I'm a 23 year old woman who looks more like Dudley Moore than Demi Moore, but everyone tells me I'm funny..."

Same thing happened to me on Ecrapony! I ranked having similar politics as highest priority and it hooked me up with all these conservatives, and I'm farther to the left than most people I know (which is saying something). Plus, that shit is expensive ( ... )

Wowzers, I leave for a few days, come back, and I'm popular!

So an update to my situation. I tried to cancel the account a little bit ago, but in order to finalize the cancelation you have to call them up... Well after being lectured for 7+ minutes (no exaggeration, my phone has a timer on it), the guy told me he'd give me a 50% refund if I would stick around for the full month. I guess I'd rather pay $24 than spend 15 minutes of my time explaining something... or maybe I realized that the two days I was actually home to participate wasn't enough for a fair trial.
