A Night at the Opera
Well, my first days of summer break have been just as glorious as expected. Monday after I got home from work (I didn't sleep at all the night prior because of video editing), I took a "nap" that lasted until 7:30 Tuesday morning. I am going to sleep for an entire day after I finish my final presentation tomorrow.
Instead of the animated piece I was planning on (because my printer ran out of ink, and being able to print was kind of integral to the project), I did this little number that I've been meaning to do for a while:

Finals week and such...
I realized after watching 65_Redroses on OWN Saturday morning (I had class Thursday night and missed the first run), that even though I consider LiveJournal very important to me (I check it every day), I rarely post. Months will lapse in between posts of mine. So, it probably seems like I've given up on it, but I haven't. I just never really have ( Read more... ) -

I feel like I have completely lost the ability to write a good paper. There was a time when I could churn out ten page papers in an hour and be sure that I was going to get an A. Now, it takes me hours to write a page and when I go back and read it I'm embarrassed by how terrible it is ( Read more... ) -

The semester is finally over! Still waiting for final grades to be posted, but I'm pretty sure I got all A's and B's. I'm even getting my article about the effects of internet usage on intelligence published. So yeah, a successful semester all around ( Read more... ) -
