ry darlin - that is so - i don't even know the word. i can relate to that not being ready to not have someone around more feeling. i had it a few weeks ago when my mom was in a car accident. hang in there sweetpea and if you need a buddy - call me :)
werd! i am just chillin at home this weekend. i have to work saturday night for a bit and maybe some time on sunday. but i will ring y'all next time something fun pops up! :)
Oh, wow. Talk about an emotional roller-coaster. I'm so sorry.... and I definitely do understand the sort of conflicting feelings around your mom, and her finding relief from pain, and your own relief too.
I don't think there is any way to be completely, 100% ready to let go and say goodbye to someone that you love, but I do think that the relief part of it can help when the time does come, at least just a little bit.
I hope she does recover enough from this that you can really enjoy being together over the holiday, but I get this visit is going to carry an edge to it no matter what. Remember that you have people in your life who give a darn, and lean on them if you need to, okay?
I'm so sorry to hear that your mom isn't doing well but glad she made it through this latest scare- at least long enough that you can spend one more Christmas together. Call me if you ever need someone to talk to or anything. And tell your mom hi from me when you see her (if you think she would even remember me- it's been so long and I only saw her a handful of times) and give her my best. *hugs* ~Bone
I haven't been at church much the last couple of months but I've started going more regularly again (the 11:00). Have fun in Colorado- wave to my family when you fly over Utah. :)
Woe, I'm sorry to hear this. Your Mom is one tough cookie, to say the very least. When are you going out of town? We should try and get together before then...
I'm leaving tomorrow early... sorry we didn't get to hang. maybe someday ... oh yeah... I saw Maria on Jeopardy... she did so Great! she whooped some ass.
We watched her at the e-room during poker, randomly she was on lol.
RyRy call me when you get to town. Tell your mom hello and happy holidays for me. I really want to visit with you when you come back buddy. Lots of love I am thinking about you and your family.
