you know what is distracting as hell in Japan? grocery shopping. settling down
well, I think I am finally really getting settled in. I went to the totoro store last week, and now I must return to get a totoro calendar for next year. My apaato is quite small, but comfy. I am in an attempt to join the movie club, but am having technical difficulties with communication as I still don't have a cell phone. I think it'll work out ( Read more... ) -

wooooooo! I am in Kitakysushu. The shinkansen was awsome, my suitcase broke, I have an apartment, I have a bike and I'm fine, fine fine. w007. Miss ya'll. will have an address up soonn and Icca, did you get my package? :D

Thanks for all the nice well wishes. I am here. the wheel broke off my suitcase at shin osaka station. hostels are really nice in japan it seems. I'm glad I stayed here for the night. I met a bunch of girls from canberra and a girl from india. w00t. I will have breakfast here in the am and then try for the shinkansen to KK. got to run I am on timed ( Read more... ) -

Well, I am here in California. Drew is in a meeting this morning, so I've been paying my bills and talking to financial aid people on the phone. They missed processing my aid again, but it's all there according to the lady on the phone. That is, I have it. They just haven't applied it to my account yet. Frazzled
The last few days have been rather trying at work/home. In a few hours I will be boarding a plane for Irvine, CA in order to visit my Drew for a week. I do hope things are more relaxing for that week because I am tired. -

wooo if I am lucky Ernesto will hit this weekend, but I will be in Mississippi to see my grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins. :-) My mother feels sad that I won't be home for any holidays for the next year so she is making them now. Working with my mother is okay, but can also be a ginormous headache. I missed Drew terribly today, and my sister is 26 today. It's her golden birthday so she is 26. I opened a wachovia account today to use in Japan. I feel ill and need to calm down.
