Wow! I'm impressed at how well you're doing. Go you. And being three months in, hopefully these behaviors are becoming habitual now and don't feel like a chore to do.
That's an amazing improvement and equally amazing dedication. You deserve to feel proud about this. In fact, you can now achieve physically things most people, even fit ones, cannot.

It is becoming more natural to snack less and choose healthier options.
Aikido is my best friend for weight loss as I'm actually eager to go to class regularaly. It doesnt feel like a chore at all.
