I know lots of people who have done weight-loss or detox or odd fad diets.  For the most part they're a bad idea.  However, watching Mr. SanDuval do his cabbage soup diet, I have a modification.

1. More water.  Less other drinks.  If I want flavor I can always add s bit of lemon or lime juice.
