I'm now in the 6th of a 9 hour video property review. I've written 18 pages of notes. Does anyone have a knife they can drive into my left eye please? I believe that would be a less painful way to spend a Saturday. -
Very bad VA Marriage amendment.
Ok, so I'm sure at least some of you know that there is a "protection of marriage" amendment on the VA ballot for November.
However, there are a few things that you might not know. For example, VA state law already prohibits same-sex marriage and civil unions. (Which sucks.) The full text is as follows:

Ok. So Matt sent me this link.
I know the judge was just interpreting what was in the policy, but dammit. It's just another way that the people around the Gulf Coast are being royally fucked. At this rate, how is anything going to get rebuilt? It makes me sad. I don't know how I'll react if we talk about this in class.
