So I have a new strategy in estimating the distance of my course through the park. Yesterday I got shot down trying to rent one of those wheels with a handle that contractors use to measure off feet so I have had to rethink this a bit. So good news! I weighed in officially Tuesday morning at 240.2 lbs, and then later that day I had an unofficial weigh in at 239.4! I can't remember the last time I was below 240 lbs. Also, I found a pair of khaki/cargo shorts while cleaning last weekend that have a waist size of 38, and they fit me! This means I've lost 2 inches off of my waist so ( Read more... )

So I was eating dinner tonight about halfway through I noticed something gritty and hard among the food I was chewing. I managed to work it on to the tip of my tongue, and discovered it to be something small, hard and white - very much like a bone fragment. I seriously overslept today. Last night I fell asleep in my chair watching NCIS and got up to go to sleep around 10:00PM.
