i guess sometimes being bored and wandering around the suburbs can pay off. otherwise, i wouldn't have found hard cover editions of ender's shadow and the tommyknockers for 5 dollars each.

sometime i fear that i am going to end up like that hayden song. you know the one, where sings about living with his parents well into his forties and picking up chicks at the grocery store. that is surely going to be me.
but i guess it won't be so bad as long as i get a decent song writing career out of it.

myself and caitlin tried to dis-spell all the mysteries of typical teenage male oriented films yesterday at her house, while we watched animal house.
needless to say it hurt our heads too much. so instead we just squealed over the cute boys in it.

it's been raining off an on all morning. it's so pretty. but today i need sunshine. our town's annual local yokel day is taking place down at the pond. i really have to get away from this town.
there's a party tonight. maybe i'll go and meet some new people.
