Ich muss mich duschen und ins Übersetzungbüro gehen, um diese blöde Antriebs- und Steuerungstechnik Übersetzung fertig zu schreiben, aber ich bin heute Morgen zu dieses an BBC aufgewachen. S. Dakota sitzt gerade neben Montana. Ich hoffe dass es nicht ansteckend ist (infectious?). Aber ich furchte schön. Idiocy scheint immer ansteckend zu sein.

My cold didn't annoy me ALL DAY! I don't think drinking past sunrise, past seven a.m. in fact, is really the recommended treatment, though, not even with a multi-national crowd that put AFS meet-ups to shame.

My dream job, or at least the entry to my dream job, is open at the US Embassy-Berlin. I am definitely not technically qualified for the position, but it's to cover for a maternity leave, so I'm applying anyway on the off-chance they can't find anyone better for only six months... unlikely, but worth a try. The one area in which I am really and truly an expert is preparing students for any of the standardized tests required for college or graduate school in the US. Normally, I'm a pretty decent cook, frequently better than decent, but NOT today. I had a nice portion of stew meat left (labelled as "Gulasch" here) and thought I'd give it a good long simmer with some curry spice or something.
