Merlin is doing well. I miss you Rob.

On my profile page, it does not show mousegerald as a mutual friend. But, on his user info page, it still shows me as a friend. Any thoughts? LJ glitch?

I know, I still can't bring myself to remove him as a friend.

This weekend I'm going to Lamb's, Rob's favorite campground on the north shore of Lake Superior that he introduced me to a few years ago and we used to go on an annual basis. He'll be on my mind probably most of the time.

I am bringing some of his ashes up there to scatter in his favorite spots.

It's going to be very emotional.

I was up north last week at the hermitage/retreat center that I love. While there I kept thinking about Rob and how much he would have enjoyed that place. I really wish I'd been able to share it with him. I think he would have gotten a kick out of the raccoon that I kept stuffing full of healthy breakfast cookies.
