For me the whole transition thing didn't come until I realize you can become the opposite gender. Earlier today, I was asking some people on a forum for knitted body part and internal organ patterns (long story). Among the responses was this pattern for knitted breast prostheses. This particular pattern was originally designed for breast cancer survivors, but I thought there might be at least one or two people here who would be interested.
