For reality shows, do I lead with the name of the show or just label it "rpf"?

Question: Sorry about the double postings. I didn't realize that wasn't allowed. Which PB is used more? The LJ version or the DW version? I'll just delete my comments and repost to the more active one.

Also, where can I leave the comments included in my post where fillers can see it?

When the battle opens for entries, all the prompts will be up on the website. The entry pages will have a link to the prompts page - this is the one for the last battle. All the prompts, from both LJ and DW and also from emails, will be on that single page. So it doesn't matter in the least where you post your prompts - they will all go on that page, and that is what fillers will use.

I've screened one of the postings - please don't delete and repost, as I've already started sorting the first four pages of prompts from both sites, and if you repost, they'll get duplicated.

The thing about the battle is that prompts are there really for the sake of authors/artists, rather than it being a gift exchange, where people write/draw gifts for the prompters. So there isn't any provision for people to find out who left specific prompts or let people know. It is, however, very easy at the end of the battle to go to the battle website, and the fills by fandom page (that's the link to the last one so you can see an example) and skim down to ( ... )

May I re-edit my dreamwidth post so that it will read Scandal (ABC) vs the other way around?

It's okay, I've already collated all the prompts from that page, and put them into the right format on my big ole page of prompts. Just, if you leave any more prompts, it's a big time-saver if they're in the right format. But thanks for offering.

If I'm prompting The Avengers and it's related movies should I refer to it as The Marvel Cinematic Universe or should I use something else?

Also, for RPF for that fandom, should it be written as "RPF (Marvel Avengers Movies)" since it's "Marvel Avengers Movies RPF" on AO3?

Thanks! :-D

The Avengers is one of those ones that's going to be fun to sort at the end! Last time, I listed the prompts as The Avengers (2012), and linked it to the other movie prompts (e.g. Iron Man etc). So if you go with The Avengers (2012), that'll be best - thanks!

I should have thought about that being different on AO3 - I should probably change the wording for RPF. I'll have to think how to make it clear! So: RPF (Marvel Avengers Movies) will be fine - that way it'll sort alphabetically with all the other RPF fandoms.

Excellent, thank you!

FYI, You seriously deserve a really big trophy or chocolate bar for all your hard work with this! It's very appreciated! :-)

I'm buying myself a tub of Häagen-Dazs when all the prompts are sorted! A nice big tub! Even if it's snowing! *g*

For non-bandom music fandoms, is it "RPF (band/artist name)"?

Heya would it be possible for you to unmerge Persona 4 and Persona 4 Arena on the prompts list? P4A isn't actually out worldwide yet (delayed in Europe) and I'd like to keep away from spoilers and also know which versions of characters people are expecting without having to find the individual prompt.

Sorry, they shouldn't have been combined! All sorted now - if you refresh the prompts page, you'll find the Arena prompts below Persona 4.
