i abseiled off a bloody great big building and DIDN'T cack my pants! it was a great experience, though it feels slightly unreal now. i did however manage to say 'fuck' and 'sweet jesus christ' on air - though i don't think any mics actually picked up the fuck, so i'm still employed in the meantime. hoorah!
