it's finished. it may be one-hundred ten pages of bullshit, inane rambling ... but it's one-hundred ten pages of my senior project, my first complete, full-length play. and it's done.

I feel tired, and kind of hopeless. I think it'll pass.

my ten-minute play -- sloppily thrown together and entered last minute in the Search for Young Black Writers -- came in second in the prose division of the competition, earning me $500.

definately a "woo" moment.
