yep, definitely some good to great shots there. specially the contrasty shot (titled "pch", rock on the beach) and some of the landscapes. the BWs are kinda low contrasty for my tastes, im usually all about overexposure and high contrast (not much into realism i guess), the city hall shot is nice.
was supposed to go w/ my friends, they are there as we speak...but job interviews and what not came up. kinda wish i could have gone and taken a nice vacation. eh too much stress sitting out here and looking for a job.
good to see you have enjoyed your vacation though.

PS: the killers show was freakin sold out by the time i was ordering the tickets, but there is a controller.controller/the organ combo tour in october...let me know if you wanna go, i'll give you the info.

your absolutely right about the difference in contrast. kodak b and w is known for a more subdued look, whereas fuji color film has eye popping saturation.

sucks to hear the the killers are sold out, whose's controller btw??

oh now I remember. pitchfork gave them a favorable review. i totally want to see them. where and when are you going? i might goto the pianos or cbgb's show, maybe even maxwell's. i don't know yet, it depends on when ramadan starts. but they sure do sound good.
