I JUST want to burn fat!!!  FUCK!  Today was my weigh-in day.  Needless to say, I am not happy.  5'11" and 162lbs still.  I am hoping that is a joke.  Yesterday I felt so great like my clothes were feeling looser and I thought I was losing weight.  Apparently all I was losing was my mind because this morning I get my fuckin period and I'm all ( Read more... )

gotta eat though... metabolize...

i was talking about this with my friend, what are your thoughts... have you notcied how things like, pizza, taste less and less as good as they used to? its like our bodies are getting used to having GOOD food, and when i have my 'cheat meal' of the week, i feel so blah... and for example, protien shakes, dont taste that bad at all... when i started they were like... cardboard...

Haha, I have noticed that sweet things or "cheat foods" that I used to like taste less good to me now, you're right. Our bodies are used to intaking good food and now pizza is gross just thinking about it... Haha, I wish icecream tasted less good to me, its my vice. But I love alll protein bars, shakes, protein everything!

I used to fast for weeks at a time and workout obsessively... that's how I got down from 210lbs to 143lbs. But then my hair started fallingout and I had to increase my calories a bit to save my hair... and now I'm just a workout freak!
