Haven't tried the expansion yet, aside from briefly in beta, and as someone that also went through painful, draining, and frustrating treatments, my thoughts go out to you *hugs*

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles, I always find the Adam Carolla padcast to be funny, interesting, and often times motivational. I really enjoy his common sense of humor and think its worth a listen if you haven't heard it before. Hang in there! :-)
