Well it has finally cooled off enough for me to feel...well, almost human. I haven't been keeping up with anyone so I hope everyone is doing well. I also have missed Birthdays so....if I missed yours, I hope you had a great day!

I've been AWOL for quite awhile. It went from "freeze your toes" cold to "boil your blood" hot overnight. The heat has been kicking my butt. One flare after another.

So.....I hope everyone had a great Fourth. (told you it had been awhile)
