I have eight tattoos. Unless I'm going out of my way to show them to you, you'd never know I had any at all (I'm two holes shy of a golf course in piercings, and while you can see most of them, you'd never guess at the ones you can't see). My grandparents are dying. I brace myself every time my mother calls me because one of these calls is going to be the one telling me that Grandpa's cancer finally got the better of him, or Grandma's lungs filled too quickly.
