One of the wisest and gentlest men I know told me once to "listen to the animals, always listen to the animals and watch them."

Tonight, amidst a loud clamor of voices, movement, and smoke, I watched and I listened.
Tonight I had a silent lesson with a cat on my lap.

A cat with 7 toes taught me Patience.

I quite like the smell of mulch.
Someone has freshly laid some down around the trees outside our window and the breeze is being kind enough to carry the lovely raw aroma across to me.

It smells like Creation-
