little girl kept bugging us about having friends over to play hide and seek. so we finally did, and went just a little further. we had a gingerbread-man-decorating-party! yes, we played games, and then everyone got one large gingerbread man to frost in white, pink, blue, and decorate with a myriad of colors of chocolate chips, sprinkles, and tubes ( Read more... )

How is the real estate market in Pullman right now? I'm the office manager of a real estate company in Twin Falls and we've seen that its taking about 6-8 months for homes to sell right now as opposed to 2-3 months about 6 months ago ( ... )

it is a buyer's market here right now, but not as bad as in twin. Ed Schweitzer recently opened up like 400 new positions in Pullman, so we have lots of people moving in and looking to buy. new houses are being built like crazy. that is probably more of the problem we'll face: why pay such-and-such for a 40 year old house, when you can pay just a little bit more and get a brand new one ( ... )

You guys have a great investment property you are so right and you guys have done a TON Of work to it. When God leads He is always faithful too...in His timing of course!

You guys sound like us...gearing up a year ahead of time!! We're twins! Well, I'm excited for you guys and your new adventure. We are always checking out the repoed homes here. There are lots of websites and a realtor here who strictly deals in them there are so many on the market now because of 100% financing and 5-1 arms. There are really too many good deals to pick from down here which is sad because peopel are bankrupt but happy because it means good deals for us. I'm sure it is the same up north.

I found your post through texastschirgis friends page. Just wanted to let you know that Matt and I (Beth) are in Springfield/Eugene and actually come up to Portland a lot.
