I am making this entry in order to remind myself about the positive. Today was my weekly weigh-in and monthly measurements at the gym. NEGATIVE: Weight loss this week? Practically non-existent. I was frustrated to the point of tears as I have been SO diligent in my food plan.

I am currently reading four different books. I need to concentrate on just ONE to get it finished, but having several books open at one time means that I have something appropriate to read no matter my mood.

A partial update made LAST week...I saved it in notepad, then the desktop CRASHED and BURNED before I could get it into my journal.
