I am going to the Caribbean for Christmas in two weeks... thank god because it's FREEZING here. I got tranquilizers from my doctor for the flight (haha!) My dad is going to have to carry me to the next plane when we connect in Mexico City.

In the middle of a ten page paper due Wednesday, my computer crashes. Thank god for holiday hours at the mall... except that I spent TWO HOURS at the Apple store having like eight people trying to figure out the problem. I cut all of my hair off today... it has been a really emotional experience. Finals week... need to study. Just got home from my work's holiday party. It was at the Ritz in Laguna. I had a vintage silk dress. Jeff got to wear his Burberry tie. My boss told me he majored in smoking marijuana in college. We all went home with new iPods. Merry

Not many people know this about me, but I am absolutely terrified of flying. So much that the very glimpse of a plane in the sky makes my heart sink. The unknown clouds my thoughts and the problem is --- nothing is going to help until I know. But it is unknown. I think I am finally making sense of this life, but it doesn't make any sense at all.

I don't even want to write these thoughts down because I am afraid I might jinx myself. I'm going crazy and there's nothing I can do about it!

Can't complain about this weekend at all -- four days off from work and school, woke up at 6am on Thursday and volunteered at the homeless shelter which was so fun, family time, and then an incredible Thanksgiving pot luck with friends overlooking the city lights.
