Cheat day.
Augh! 1600 calories or so. Probably more, actually, because I ate some of the dough and not just the cookies. Steve stopped me from eating until I was completely nauseous but it was still a pretty gross binge. I did try to slow down and enjoy the food, though, since I might as well. the body project
980 calories yesterday. No exercise though, and no studying either. Just watched about 6 episodes of Star Trek TNG and ate broccoli and rice and vinegar and lemon-flavored water. I feel fat for not exercising. Scale was below 175 this morning though, which means I lost about 5 lbs. in about 4 days. I didn't even know that was possible, especially ( Read more... ) -

Does veganism do anything for world hunger? Let's cut the crap.
So everyone knows that it takes so much more resources to produce the same amount of food when the "food" in question is animal-derived. Some huge percentage of the world's farmland is used to feed "food" animals instead of to feed people directly. It also wastes other resources like clean water and petroleum, since so much more transportation is ( Read more... ) -
