Ok, so I have a question for the Heralds out there. A friend of mine submitted a Scottish name - I can't remember it at the moment - which was taken directly from Black's book of Scottish names. This book is on the list of sources you don't need to provide photocopies of with your submission, so no photocopies were submitted

A couple of weeks ago my grandmother fell and broke her leg. I mean really broke her leg, as in her thigh bent in a 90 degree angle outward. She tripped at the top of her stairs rushing to answer the phone. She is 85 and has a long history of breaking bones, but this one was different. ( Read More )
For my Language Arts class we have to submit a recent example of our personal writing. So I used an LJ post. It's not like I do much other writing or anything. And I don't think submitting legal documents would have really counted. I don't think scroll texts count as personal either.
I frequently wonder at the things people try to put on the ballot to have the general population of the state vote on. This is one of them
