My legs are killing me from a 90 minute Hatha Yoga session on Sunday with Tracey at Yogahome in Stoke Newington. Bicycling has made my quads and butt muscles sronger, but has left my hamstrings weak. Yoga on the other hand requires pretty srong and flexible hamstrings, so it's probably a good complementary exercise ( Read more... )

Yesterday I went into work via the overground train to Old Street. As I got off the train and headed down to the Northern Line underground platform, the power went out and we were directed out of the traffic.
