Okay, I saw Rent last night and I have to tell you that there had to be a dreadful amount of dust in the theatre cause I had to keep wiping my eyes. Just sayin'.

Might have another job...in B'ham. Yes, it's pretty much set in stone. My happy ass is getting the f*ck out of Mobile...maybe for good this time.

Every job I've ever had. I've managed to get a scar. This last one is no different- chemical burn on my neck that healed badly. Dammit. Least this one isn't on my face.

The way I see my job is a lot like I viewed basic training- something I have to endure to get what I want. I bust my ass all day (and get bored a lot), get stressed out a lot, and don't have the enjoyment of shooting large caliber weapons. Other than that last one, it's the same goal. Money. In case anyone has ever wondered how to break a Fork-Lift, it's fairly easy...just ram the friggin' thing into a non-moving crane the size of a 8 story building!!! That was my day...and I'm in a fairly good mood after the adreniline letdown, and the fact I'm still employed.

Got the job at the shipyards...driving a forklift. The punchline is that before I started I had no idea how to drive one. D'OH! Now I'm making 14 an hour plus overtime pay. Not so bad.
