So I have reached an unacceptable weight. I have tried moderating my food myself, portion control, all the things they tell you... I know them all, but do I do them? No! One of my "SONS" was taken into CPS custody this afternoon, I didn't get to say goodbye. I am so worried because they said he went quietly, which is not normal for him and I am afraid he is going to bolt the minute they turn their back on him. My heart hurts -

ARGGGGHHHH!!!!
So I am close to losing it... closer than I have felt in a long time... not sure why...well I am, but it is all little stuff that is piling on...

- Surgery in a week

Thesis information
I found some interesting statistics while doing research for my thesis....
Twenty-six percent of eighth grade students cannot read material necessary for daily living, and overall, 68 percent of middle and high school students score below the proficient level (Faggella-Luby & Deshler, 2008).
