And happy tenth anniversary to my LiveJournal. Ten years ago today I opened up my LiveJournal account. I haven't really used it recently, but back in the day I put a lot of time and thought into it. But these things come and go and come and go, and I think that's okay.

Saturday night, I went to the state high-school basketball championships, which my former high school was playing in. It was pretty fun and exciting to be there, but on top of that there were some amusing moments. Sarah and I went to a fast food restaurant for lunch today, and someone was sitting at a counter seat with eating his food and working on a laptop with a sign next to him that said "ask me anything." I watched Metropolis last night in my Modern Europe class. I recommend it. Between this and Modern Times, I'd gauge that people's number one fear in the 1920s and 1930s was being eaten by a machine.
