I CANNOT FIND THE INDEX CARDS I MADE TO REVIEW FOR MY PSYCHIATRY SHELF EXAM. I AM ANNOYED. I AM FRANTIC. I AM TURNING THIS APARTMENT UPSIDE DOWN. WHAT. THE. HELL. OH GOD, I THINK I'M HAVING A PANIC ATTACK. BREATHE. IN. OUT. IN. OUT.

You could always review without your index cards, you know. I don't think this kind of stress is good for you, especially your exam is around the corner. It'll seem a whole lot better once you're done with it.

Surely you retained some of the information while making them? If you're going to run around screaming like this, panicking, it's just going to make things worse come exam time, isn't it? So calm down a little. Read the books and notes you based the index cards off of. Life's not so bad. I'm sure you haven't misplaced those.
