I dont even know what to say

I'm so down right now. I need to cut. I've been fighting it for like an hour. But I dunno, I might just give in and make the pain stop. I don't want to but it feels like I have no other choice. I dont know what to do with myself anymore.

I cut my leg up pretty bad last night. I was doing so good too. It seems like it's been ages since I've cut. I dunno what it was that triggered me last night but something did.
