Fellow call centre workers will enjoy this....
So I definitely work at the better of the call centres, but that doesn mean I don't come across the odd ball and pompus-self-entitled-too-much-of-a-coward-to-say-it-if-you-weren't-on-the-other-end-of-a-phone-upstart...but these "wise" souls have taught me much.
