I had a dream like that once, well concerning teeth anyways.

I remember walking and then some of my teeth just started to crumble away. Same thing as you -- didn't think much about it. And then they all started crumbling, like they were going bad or something. Then my mouth filled up with ash.

It was pretty twisted.
YAY! for twisted dreams.
