I don't know whether to assume you're being ironic or being a martyr. Surely you know that every person gets to want and expect their own reasonable needs to be met. And the things you've listed here, well, you could add a bunch to it and it would still be reasonable expectations. So my thought is, what are you doing to express your needs

I don't think there is any entitlement, and I dislike the sense of entitlement. But, and this sounds contradictory, I think we have a right to want things and try to get what we want. I think we need to understand that friendship and love means wanting to give people what they want. So if people love us they should want to give us what we want as well

But just because we get the right to want or expect something, does it entitle us to actually achieving said things
