How long does the neighbor's Sunday paper have to lay outside before it's free game? I figure any time past 12:00 noon is open season...

I just made the most awesome gift for trinitym. Seriously, awe-some. However, now my hands are covered in gorilla glue. They aren't kidding when they say "use gloves!"
