a recipe for wednesday
roasted turbot on potato cakes with tomatoes and olives
adapted from a recipe from Gourmet
this recipe would work well with any flaky white fish, such as cod
serves 5
1 1/2 lbs turbot filets in 5 even pieces
2 russet potatoes
for the sauce:
3 handfuls of small tomatoes (cherry, teardrop, grape...etc.)
1/2 cup white wine
