Today the swelling in my face has decreased enough that my teeth are starting to touch again.  For the first few days I could only get my molars to connect, which made chewing difficult.  The scabs came off my nose and my ears, and I'm getting more and more functionality back in my arm.

We survived the whole thing, somehow, and I'm in Hanoi.  It would take a lot of work for me to die at this point.  I'll be providing a full account of what happened when I'm not paying for internet.

we're two days in to our trip, and without incident.  the scenery here is incredible, and we're not even at the best part.  I've been extremely happy and had a ton of fun.  My bike, "The Hog Wrassler" is amazing.   I'd write more but this is the worst keyboard ever, so I'll save all this for sometime I can actually type.
