yesterday this lady plowed into the back of my car and totalled it.  She had dropped her cell phone and was bent down to pick it up, she didnt even sideswipe my parked car, she was so far over she rearended it.  They couldnt even tell if she had insurance b/c she was so freaked at what she had done she didnt know where to find it, and she wasnt
