*hugs* Sorry to hear about your dad. My dad was in the hospital this week too because he kept passing out. Fortunately he just has blood pressure issues. I will keep your father in my thoughts and prayers.

As far as Kanar goes that sucks ass. I haven't been out in ages. I wanna go out but so much has been going on here with family and the car breaking down. I am hoping to come out and roleplay this summer or even next month.

Congrats on getting your masters by the way!

I recall you saying that you would let me know when it's "safe" for me to go back to Kanar. I'm glad you've kept your word and haven't asked me to come out yet! It's sad to see that all of this keeps happening out there. I listen to a podcast about LARPs, and they don't seem to have all of these problems. At least, the people on there haven't encountered them before. I wish Kanar could be like that.

Oh well, I hope your father gets through this okay. And I hope next week is better for you.

ya know...I love ya Steve, but it bothers me that the only comment you had to share was that.

finishing a masters
getting a job
suspended as a marshal
DAD HAS CANCER

...sorry if this is harsh... I'm having a REALLY rough night and this just rubbed me the wrong way

Things always seem to fall apart when we least expect it. I'm sorry to hear about your Dad, let me know if there is anything you need- even if it's just an ear.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad.
Don't be to mad at your mom. SHe seems to have waited only as long as YOU needed to get your things done. It's a mom thing we protect even when ya don't think we need to.
Spend all the time with your family as you need. Kanar and it's crap is not important, not compared to your dad and his health.

*Hugs*

Prayers are going out for your dad and family.
