Wait... are you saying that you sympathize with an elected politicians not answering constituent's questions because it might make them look bad in the press?
I mean, circumstances aside in this particular, why does "looking good" rate higher than "being accountable for your position"?

No, I don't sympathize, but I'll bet you a dollar if I pressed harder she would either not respond, or just cop-out with 'no comment.' The woman isn't stupid. She didn't respond on purpose.
I'm actually more interested now in what was said in session than what she could spin me in an email. I just may call up the legislature and ask if the minutes are available in another format instead of waiting to have it posted online.
