My vanilla beans finally got here today! Huurah! they smell good even in their shrinkwrap... can't wait to rip em open tomorrow!
Gotta finish an assignment tonight, otherwise I'd be churning up a good quart of french vanilla ice cream right now :) -

Vanilla ice cream recipe minus the vanilla bean
- 75g sugar
+ 18 large marshmallows (toasted on 3 sides under the broiler in my oven)
Just churned, now ripening in the freezer. Preliminary results look good!! Not enough "char" taste, but I think that depends on level of toastedness. Will report later (with photos). -
I forget almost everything I learned
in Calculus I, II, III AND IV. Yes, I'm that good at forgetting.
I had to bring up my notes from Calc III to remember what Lagrange multipliers were. I don't even remember this being taught... I think I had Bingles that term. -
