Just for the holidays, mind you. We were off for Paddy's day and unoffically the two days following for recovery. I only have one more lecture this week and I'm off the whole of next week for Easter. So I was reading the online edition of the Union Tribune and much to my surprise there was a story titled 'San Diegans Shiver'. After reading it I take back what I said earlier. It actually is cold there. Only about ten or fifteen degrees warmer than here. What the fuck? When did winter figure out where San Diego is?

You should never ever watch Tremors (You know, that cheesy horror movie with Kevin Bacon and fifty foot, subterranean sand monsters) immediately before you retire for the evening.
