The writer of the Computer Literacy article on Wikipedia is a deeply bitter person.

Of all the Linux distros out there, this is one of the nerdier ones.

If you assume that King of the Hill is like Seinfeld or Arrested Development, and that all of the characters are supposed to be dumb and unsympathetic, the show makes much more sense.
